I had family visiting from out of State. It was their last night. We thought we chose wisely ordering take out from our Local Outback. We spent over $215 only to get lots of missing food, 3 out of 5 dishes were missing their sides. One porter house steak came in with nothing at all. Quite embarrassing, to say the least! I had called The Outback and spoke to Dustin. He said he would gladly compensate by sending a gift card for $100. Never received it. That was a month ago. Kelly was nasty & disrespectful. Heard her talking about me & my guest while standing not far from our table. absurd. talking about all her tables, & how much she hates work
The Outback Steakhouse (Lithia, FL location) is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The food is always fresh! Also the servers at this location are super friendly! If you’re ever in the mood for delicious food, good customer service, and a clean restaurant, then you definitely need to check out this location!!!
Staff was friendly and new ownership came out to speak with us for quite awhile. Food was good, tables clean and prices were fair.
