Looked forward to eating at our new Outback. Sad to say I will not be going back. Ordered coconut shrimp and was horribly overcooked. Blooming onion was good. Steak was horrible as well. Was overcooked. badly over seasoned almost to the point I couldn't eat it. Just an overall bad experience. Server was very attentive but when asked about the overcooked and seasoned steak her reply was "yea that's the way it is. Just don't see us returning.
Ordered a rare steak to go and got home to realize it’s burnt. 30+ dollars for a steak and they burn it. “Steakhouse” should not be in the title. I have had an issue every time I’ve come with my steak being cooked correctly. Not worth the money. If they would like to stay in business learn how to cook a proper steak to the correct temperature .
We did a carry out order and the food was still super hot and you could tell had just been made. The lady working was so sweet and professional. It was right on time too! Overall great experience!
Super slow got salads first….plus wrong ask for Romain lettuce only and ranch on the side …got lettuce mix full of ranch. Got medium steak it was well, two of the potatoes were wrong. One was suppose to be butter and bacon but got sour cream only. Other one was suppose to be loaded but only had bacon. Salmon was over cooked. Never got the cheesecake Togo like asked….just left instead if waiting any longer.
