Saturday 7:30pm West Seneca location. Food took forever to come out and when it did it was ice cold. We decided to take the food home and warm it up at home because the server was nowhere to be found to ask for containers to go. Even after paying the bill. We are still sitting here 20 minutes after paying. Still no server or Bus people. Finally hubby went to find someone and get containers. Waters’s asked if we wanted to talk to a manager and we just said we waited long enough we just want to leave.
Food was cold, service was non existent- this place has gone down hill & for the prices it should be better!
My wife tooke to outback on my birthday it was fantastic! Had a wonderful time together ❤️🤠❤️
