I like going to places where you can tell management and staff like each other. They don’t just serve food, they provide a warm, friendly atmosphere. The place was clean, especially bathrooms. No problems asking for more bread, napkins or other incidentals. Food was good, but it was the staff that made it where you will want to go back often.
I am very impressed with our new Outback. We have been here at least ten times and every server has been friendly, helpful, present and attentive. The food has been very hot, very consistently delicious and served very quickly. The manager is a doll! He is so personable and comes to every table and is genuinely happy to see you and welcome you to his restaurant. It is a very comforting experience coming to this Outback. Portions are generous and food has been great. We feel welcomed, valued and appreciated:)
As a big Outback fan, I've been waiting until the crowds died down at this new location to finally try it out. Yeah I know, it's a chain restaurant with the same menu everywhere you go but trying out a new atmosphere with a new ambience in a new setting..... it's always something that I have fancied.
