I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Outback Steakhouse. I ordered two Hamburgers that was supposed to be cooked medium rare, but when I received it, it was completely raw inside, far beyond even a medium rare cook. It was so undercooked that it was inedible. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they asked me to send pictures, which I did. I love this location. We had a small issue and Tee the manager was very kind and quick to resolve. Great management and service. Will always come back!
