The dining room was clean, quiet, pleasant and the seating worked well for me. I was able to have my meal in peace. The service was great and very attentive. The house salad, mashed potatoes, bread and whipped butter all hit the spot, but my New York strip ordered medium rare came out beyond well done. I didn't say anything or send it back as I'm not that customer. I had the steak medium rare and it was pretty good I'd say and the soup was excellent
Brianna was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience. She checked in on me at just the right times, was warm and personable and made my meal even more enjoyable. Outback is lucky to have her! Exceptional service like Brianna’s is what makes you want to come back!
The service was so bad, well at least the server my family and I got.(3 adults 1 baby). At first it took her 10 mins to even come and get our drink and ap order, I had ordered a lemonade with a sugar rim, she forgot the sugar rim which was fine, she came back with a glass the had a sugar rim and poured my lemonade into right over my mom and split all over her.
