We visited on Thursday, July 16 and sat at the low end of the bar. The restaurant was packed. However, the bartender, Allise C. was fantastic. She never stopped moving. Even with one finicky guy who had a problem with every single item, she kept a smile on her face. She was wiping down counters, fetching bread from the back, making drinks and taking orders. Even though the food isn’t to die for, the customer service at this location has been on point since the day they opened.
Hostess was friendly and we were seated quickly, service after that went downhill quickly. Waited around ten minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone, not sure if the gentleman was a manager or not but he brought bread out and then said drinks would be out shortly and made some excuse for the server. Waitress was friendly but service was lacking, had to ask for refills after waiting for a while for her to come back around.
