During my recent visit, my family’s meals were served promptly; however, my order did not arrive. Although all of our meals were placed together, I was informed that my order had not gone through due to computer error. The manager acknowledged the issue and assured me that she would have my meal expedited. Unfortunately, my family completed their meals, and I was still waiting. I am always very happy with the food at Outback and delivery. One time, One soup was forgotten and they generously gave me a $20 gift certificate to make up for that. And it hasn't happened since, great SERVICE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT RESTAURANT!
