I really enjoy coming to this location when I am flying in or out of the Orlando airport. The service is always great. I have always been sat rather quickly and served fast. I like the fact that they ask if your flight is leaving within the next hour. It’s nice that they consider when the flight will be leaving so that way you will have a nice experience there. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. The food is very good and fresh. The servers are always kind and happy. thank you so much.
Tried to get sat around 10am, no one showed up for 10 minutes. Walked up to the bar after no recognition and the bartender acted annoyed that I wanted to eat. The manager tried to hide in his office and avoid me while other people also pointlessly waited then accused me of being drunk. I couldn't even order anything to try to be drunk enough to deal with them! Just go to another place.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay, let me just say this — our experience at Outback Steakhouse at the Orlando Airport was absolutely AMAZING! Anthony and Cathy were hands down some of the nicest people we have ever met. Their service was top-tier from start to finish. They were so attentive, so welcoming, and just genuinely kind. Need to catch flight in an hour? Then don’t waste time here. It takes about 25-30 min for them to even take your order if you are seated. That is after waiting 10 min for someone to meet me at the entrance. Restaurant was empty with maybe 2 customers. And this was at 9 am
