The bartender Cody was so rude and only wanted to serve who he knew. Were yelled at when we walked towards the bar that half of it was closed. The service was sub-pat. The bartender also would complain under his breath and if something went wrong he would say ‘just another thing I have to deal with and don’t have time for’. The experience was frustrating. The hostess instructed us to use a QR code to check in/order, but it wouldn’t work for me or several other people in line. Interestingly, the QR code system worked fine when it came time to pay. I also wouldn’t recommend the steak. The cuts of steak offered aren’t tender enough to be easily cut with the plastic silverware provided. Overall, the food was okay, but the combination of technology issues and the mismatch between the steak and the utensils made for a disappointing experience.
WORST SERVICE/EXPERIENCE.
This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever entered in my life. Pepper pot top full of filthy fluff. Food dirt up walls Table filthy. First and filth own edge of table. Did not stay around to order so cannot comment on the food. Service also awful. Would give zero stars if I could.
Waitress was average. Housekeeping could use a boost. Not super clean
