Really dissappointed, makes me a little sad because it's a treat to splurge like this. It's the second time we've been there and the second time my steak was overcooked. This time, my wife ordered a Filet and she commented on how tough it was. After tasting it I'm pretty sure it was not a Filet. It was noticeably tougher than my sirloin and had a strong taste of tenderizor. I think in the future we'll take our special times somewhere else.
Outback missed the mark tonight. First, my app wouldn't work. Not the end of the world, I ordered online. I requested my Alice springs chicken with no mushrooms and 2 wedge salads, both with no blue cheese crumbles. I then, called the resturant to make sure that they saw these notes, no one answered. When we picked up our order, both salads had blue cheese crumbles. We caught it, so my husband went in and they "fixed" it. It's been a long time since we've eaten at an Outback--first time at the Pell City location. Service was wonderful and the food was cooked perfectly to order!
We had an awesome servant an the food was good .Was worth the drive there . Coconut shrimp is my husband's favorite 😍
