Terrible. All the food was cold. Blooming onion was not crisp. It was over stuffed with gummy breading and over seasoned. The pasta had very little sauce. The sauce was watery and on the bottom of the dry pasta. For the high price, it was a big disappointment. Not like the Outbacks I’ve eaten at in the past.
Our waitress, Jennifer, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorial! She had excellent customer service and was very attentive! She made our time at outback enjoyable and we will definitely return. Thank you, Jennifer! The food was excellent as well.
Food was pretty good, service is really good, restaurant needs a little cleaning
Walked in today at 1:40pm for a late lunch. We were sat at a table on the far right of the restaurant. We waited for over 15 minutes and drink orders were never taken. Our waiter came by and said he’d be back and never came back. We went to the host to ask us what to do and he said “the waiter is just busy.” You can move if you want but the waiter is just busy in your section, “I don’t really know what you want me to do.” Others in our section had been waiting so long for their food they asked for it to be boxed up.
