Great tasting food, had to wait a while but it was worth it
I gave up on Outback 5-6 years ago. Where it was one of my favorite steak chains at one time, it went into a rapid tailspin and I wasn't willing to crash with it. So I walked away. Moved on to Longhorn as my better than average steakhouse. But every once in awhile I missed those bold, borderline aggressive, flavors and seasonings. ****EDIT 2**** Thomas the owner called me and we talked through the night. I feel alot better about the situation. He listened and was awesome. If we are ever up there I would give this location another chance. Thomas and Casey are the only reasons I will try it again and why my review went up. They actually provided true customer service and showed they cared. Our server Cassidy was the sweetest and very well knowledgeable, she went above and beyond! The service was quick we did not wait long for our food! And it was delicious
