Great food and service!
This time my Outback Steakhouse services weren't good. No one were friendly, service and waiter wasn't happy. I was shocked. Normally St. Peters, MO Outback provided quality services, friendliness, hot food, especially since I waited 35 to 40 minutes to receive it. I had to ask for bread, it was cold. I had to ask for silverware. Services were horrible. The manager act like he was angry. Understand I'm pleasant, caring and I pay my way to get good services. My food wasn't Hot food on time. Outback is our go-to when coming into town at the end of a roadtrip, no surprises just great food! Tonight we were approached by a couple outside the restaurant “just to let us know” the regular bartender had a family emergency and the replacement was new. They had waited 45 minutes and hadn’t had service, etc.We took our chances and are so glad we did! Ryan was delightful! Food was excellent except for the hairs in my salad, which the manager got that covered, he was as very nice about it and the young boy was cleaning the table beside me and slinged food on my husbands plate which he was not happy about and Gabby was the nicest sever I've ever met.
