Outback, you’ve gotta stop wanting to charge 15-20 percent tips for to go orders. All they’re doing is bringing your bag out to the car. Pay these kids a reasonable wage and don’t put the onus on customers to pay this outrageous amount for literally nothing. I got 62 dollars worth of food and was being asked to pay $10-15. That’s outrageous!!!
Waited 30 mins while our server took two other tables order. Paid for our drinks then politely exited the building. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We purchased over 60 wings, paid over $100 and they sent one dipping sauce for the entire order. And when I called they just let the phone ring. ETA: On 9/2We received a call from the owner who also reached out below. We appreciate the call and the steps she took to rectify the bad experience. 11/13/25 I think I have given up on this location. Today's order arrived without the dipping sauce. Over the past year it has happened every other time we ordered even when picking up.
