When this location opened it was great. Good attentive service and quality food. In the past few months is really gone down hill. Service is very slow. Tonight we came as a 3 top, they sat us in the bar area. For a half empty restaurant this dinner took nearly 1.75 hours. Luckily we took our desert to go or it would have been longer. The bartender was alone and having to service tables and his bar but the server well. Manager was non supportive at best. No refills unless flagged down and requested. How do you get ignored by your server for 45 minutes, even when it’s not busy? Eat here. We had to flag down other servers to get our order corrected and get refills. Left thirsty. We had a similar experience here last month. The owner needs to hire a manager that can get the job done.
