Steak under cook. Service poor.
Kudos to the nice gentleman who handled my curbside order last night (7/28). I hate that I didn’t catch his name but he promptly checked in when I pulled up and let me know the status of my order. Then kindly offered to wait while I checked it once he brought it out. Treatment like this makes it an easy decision to return. & The food was good too!!
We arrived at 12pm. At 1:30 I asked the server when our food would be out and at that time explained there was only one person cooking. She never offered us an option to leave or how long it was going to take to get our food. She only came once to refill glasses in the hour and a half we waited for our food. There were 13 people in our group and all were very patient and understanding.
