Fantastic place. Great service. Quality food!
We've been going to outback in butler since our children were small and the service has always been excellent. The manager, Jason, is attentive and kind and all the servers are wonderful. It's a great dinner choice for family, friends, couples or singles!
To start, they sat my pregnant mother at a booth. Then they sat us at a table with a wet floor. My grandmother is a double amputee and almost fell. Service was slow on refilling alcoholic beverages. We requested three out of the five steaks to be pre-sliced before serving none came out cut had to send back and the side came back out cold. No refills on drinks offered had to request. Appetizers and salads were not cleared before main meals brought out.
Found a hair in the blooming onion but the service was great and they comped it and immediately fixed the problem for us. Would go there again.
