Just want to say first time at this location and the service was amazing Manager went above and beyond and it very appreciated will definitely be coming back. Thanks for such good service.
Poor quality food for the expensive prices. We went there in valentine day the bread was old and it seems was cooked 3 days ago served with a cheap butter. We got our food cold and burger was like McDouble from McDonald’s with a high price. I miss the real American good.
Worst service ever waited an hour for my steak came out burnt was ordered medium server or bar tender does not pay attention to patrons name Cherokee this is the second time I've been to this out back and service was absolutely horrible The first time an absolutely horrible this time they all back on the south side is absolutely extraordinary compared to this
Stopped by Outback Steakhouse in Savannah and just wanted to say I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. They were upfront and honest about the wait time, which made everything so much easier to plan. It’s always nice when a restaurant respects your time and communicates clearly. Great customer service and a smooth experience from the start!
