I honestly expected a much better experience at Outback, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it seemed like the entire restaurant was disorganized. Employees were walking around looking like they didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing, and there didn’t seem to be much communication between the staff. The biggest issue was the wait.
