Very friendly and prompt. Food was excellent
My salad has been messed up the past 3 times I have ordered one. I wish people/kids would pay attention. Its so frustrating because your paying for this with your own money, and they could care less.
For the first time I picked up a order where they bring it out to my car. I'm fumbling around trying to sign in. A gentleman came out and asked was I ordering or maybe have a order to pick up . Are you Robert, I replied yes he repeated my order and I said yes , correct . I got you he said. Then I asked about getting the cheese cake. OK, he said He was very professional. He made my first experience a good one . If I'm ever in Pell city Alabama. I'll be at outback
