My steak was so nasty I couldnt eat it. The baked potato was delicious, the blooming onion was very salty. I talked to a manager that told me that the steak could not be bad because they service steaks all day everyday. Its was awful. So she made a new steak which was awesome the one and only bite i took because I was scared that they did something to it. The server was awful. Just not as good as I remember. Now it's just like Chili's or Applebee's....Nothing special. A manager or maybe an owner was sitting in the booth behind me and all the staff kept stopping by and talking to them and every time the restaurant phone rang they would yell "answer the phone". Very annoying experience.
Ordered medium cooked steak, but got bloody instead. They tried to give us other people's orders. My salad had items left on that I asked to be removed. I think it has to be mismanagement and poor training.
