Outback was my go to place due to their consistency when cooking my favorite plates. I moved to Huntsville a year ago and this location is nowhere close to been consistent. This location every time we come have problems with the bacon they have available (Smoked or costco like bacon bits).
I previously have had good experiences here, so I was surprised it was so awful when we went last week. It wasn't too busy when we got there, but it took forever. It took about a half hour to get our appetizer, then another 20 minutes or so to get our soup and salads, then another 10 minutes to get our entrees. We were there well over an hour an a half, endlessly waiting without our server ever apologizing for the wait or even acknowledging it. Great servers endeavoring to make my order accurate.
My daughter and I come here every week for a father-daughter date night. We are always treated so well, and we always sit in Chris's section near the bar. The food and service are always fantastic.
Went there for dinner and service was horrible. Hostess kept sitting people in the same area and the poor waitress could not keep up. Took forever to even get a drink order in. Ended up being there over 2 hours for a terrible experience. I have a severe nut allergy and when my salad came out, it was horrible, soggy like it was sitting in dressing definitely not made fresh and was cross contaminated with nuts.
