I can't put Outback anywhere near the top of the food chain. Baked potatoes were over browned on outside and bone dry inside. appearance was like it was baked 3 days ago and kept on a warmer. (A quarter pound of butter helps a little) Sirloin steak cooked medium was just as dry. I'll pass on this and stick with the coconut shrimp appetizer as my meal.
