Absolute failure on pickup order. Missing sides, prime rib so dry I'm reminded of chewing leather. Failure on so many levels. Corporate answer was a $20 gift card. This is third absolute failure at this specific outback. I even asked a do over of most recent failure. I will never again visit or order out from any outback. Unless you desire absolute failure, find any other place to eat.
Ayanna was awesome! She was the server for our table and just had the greatest attitude. Great job! Shout to Angie the manager on duty to tonight!
Second time in 7 days I’ve been here and had to ask for a server. And, they are NOT busy. Hardly anyone here. Earlier this week I finally left. No one ever came to wait on me. And, for the second time, I left after 50 minutes of waiting. Only a handful of people in here.
Nick the Front of the house Manager introduced me t9 Fried Lobster Tail and oh my lanta it was AMAZING!!!! DT was our server and he was such a good time. We will definitely be back. High recommend!!!!
I was excited to try this new location, and was left very disappointed. The steak had literally an inch of seasoning on it, I like my food seasoned thats not the problem, it was just PILED on, you couldn't even taste the meat at ALL and the lettuce in my salad had an awful taste to it, looked old with brown spots. $60 in food and it was truly awful. I wish we could have got our money back.
