I do mostly take out here and it’s never a problem and almost always very efficient. Sometimes they’re super busy and I understand that, the staff is always very friendly and knows me when I arrive. Thank you for that.
I waited for food that I ordered online 20mins after the wait time given online I order 4 items which were all side dishes and it was indeed not busy so many staff on tonight that I over heard staff talking about making cuts when I reminded them about my order I was told 2x that my oder just wasn’t ready yet and to be patient i even tipped and wish I didn’t I love Outback but I will not be returning to this location!!!!!
