We have patronized this location several times a year since first opening many years ago and have been very satisfied until recently. The last 3 or 4 visits we have been increasingly disappointed. We came in tonight about 4:45 pm. House was maybe 15/20% occupancy. We were seated with a smile and my wife commented on the friendly hostess. (No silverware though. Would give this place 0 stars if I can. Wait almost 2 hours after they said the Wait was 45 minutes. This place sucks!!!!!
Came and waited for an hour for our food… My husband ordered a ribeye and shrimp he asked for medium rare and it was severely undercooked and ice cold. Kids meal was ice cold. My steak salad came with 4 pieces of steak that were tiny and undercooked. The lettuce was very old and slimy. The manager that helped us was a 10/10!! He remade my husbands steak and shrimp and removed my food from the bill without question.
