Food was prepared perfectly, very friendly staff, and ready quickly. This was a takeout order.

I only went for my kids, every single time I go, there is a problem of some kind....this time everyones order was wrong...I expect it to change and it doesn't...how hard is it to cook a well done steak?!?!?
