Poor customer service even at the take out section. They do not want to bring your take out food to the car then have the audacity to ignore you when you get out and stand at the glass door. Doesn’t matter who is back there manager or white or black staff. All sorry and need to do better!!
Food was great service was great the only compliment is there was a couple came in with a non service dog in a dog carrier.
The manager had a difficult time trying to keep customers happy! We made reservations and still had to wait. It took over an hour to be served and only one steak was cooked correctly. The manager, David, was the saving grace. He never lost his smile and went above and beyond to make things right. I don’t know if they were just having staffing shortages or what, but thank goodness for David. A job well done by him!
Today is my birthday and I am a little under the weather, so I cancelled outside plans and opted for outback takeout. I drove 30 minutes to their place and spent over $100. The food could have been packaged far better. Most restaurants package cold and hot separately, but this was all-in-one. Hit and cold side by side. At this price point, there should be more thought.
