We called ahead around 9:30 on 8/14/26 to confirm the kitchen was open until 11:000, then were seated at a visibly dirty bar around 9:50. The moment we sat down, the bartender sprayed cleaning solution across the bar in front of us and wiped it into a sticky mess — our menus stuck to the surface and had to be peeled off with napkins. Have not been to Outback in 10+ years, thought we'd give it a try last night for a special occasion. Probably won't go back anytime soon. While the atmosphere and service was ok, the food was not as good. Ordered the famous Bloomin' Onion, tasted burnt, like it was fried in old scorched oil and was barely edible. Next up our main course. I ordered the fillet/lobster tail. I ordered my steak medium well, it came out rare. After the first bite, I noticed a funny taste, it was extremely gamey. Great place to dine. Service was fantastic 08/05/2026 - We dinned in at this fabulous Outback again. My sirloin was great, cooked to perfection. My wife's "Blooming Burger" was superb as well. A special thanks to Caitlin M for helping us with all our menu choices. We will return

Everything was great today! We ate at the bar bc there was a 45 minute wait. The restaurant was only half full, they just didnt have enough servers in the restaurant area today
