Empty restaurant which meant getting our water was gonna take exactly 6 mins… makes sense…. No refills…. No checking in to see if everything was up to par…. Absolute garbage server

Great experience at Outback Steakhouse on East Blvd in Charlotte. Ziare was our server and was very attentive, but what really stood out was how seamless the entire team made the night. Dining out with kids can be hit or miss, but this felt easy from start to finish with friendly, quick service throughout. The loaded fries are still a solid order and taste exactly the same as they did 20 years ago. The kids menu is excellent.
