We ate at around 6pm on Friday. Restaurant was about 70-80% full but service was very good and kitchen was very fast. Steak was cooked well and all the food was good. Only complaint is that husband and I both thought our Caesar salads were a little over dressed. One of our meals came with cheesecake and we were too full so the server went ahead and brought it boxed up for us!
If the owner is still a disheveled looking guy with brown hair and a white chef-looking coat, he has some of the most bafflingly terrible customer service abilities of all time. After we had to send a steak back twice that was requested to be well-done and came extremely pink, we asked for it to be taken off the bill while we were waiting for attempt #3. We got there and ordered water and appetizer. We got our water probably in 1015 minutes. Sit there waiting another 10 or 15 minutes. She came and asked us so we wanted to order. We ordered our steak and salad another 2025 minutes. Still no appetizer, but we got our salad. I canceled the appetizer then the waitress came and asked why I canceled it. Hostess sat us comfortably at a table. Unfortunately the kitchen staff dont understand how to deliver food to the proper table. Food was okay, but it's been better. Waitress was awesome.
