Edit- Stacy at outback just called to be sure I was refunded. She was nice and helpful. I appreciate the quick response. Might have been good but delivery never received. Placed order in am for lunch and 3 hours later still nothing. Ordered $90 for a meal to be delivered to my elderly parents on their website. Called 4 times. Was told the manager would text me an update... nothing. Promised a refund but will believe it when I see it. Meanwhile, hours of my holiday was derailed into dealing with this. Ended up getting parents... read more
