Fire your manager and most of your current staff and start over. Corporate is advertising a veterans day promotion yet this restaurant is understaffed, tons of unbussed tables and a waitstaff that isn't moving with a purpose. Been here 2 hours and still do not have our food. My inside person wants to start helping them.

We had a lovely dinner on a busy Saturday night. They have a lot of items to choose from and there’s something for everyone. We were given free bread to start and ordered a bloomin onion 🧅. We didn’t realize how big it was and the server said that there’s a secret to ordering appetizers and you can order a half size if you don’t want the full size order.
