Great tasting food, had to wait a while but it was worth it
I gave up on Outback 5-6 years ago. Where it was one of my favorite steak chains at one time, it went into a rapid tailspin and I wasn't willing to crash with it. So I walked away. Moved on to Longhorn as my better than average steakhouse. But every once in awhile I missed those bold, borderline aggressive, flavors and seasonings. ****EDIT 2**** Thomas the owner called me and we talked through the night. I feel alot better about the situation. He listened and was awesome. If we are ever up there I would give this location another chance. Thomas and Casey are the only reasons I will try it again and why my review went up. They actually provided true customer service and showed they cared.
