My family and I went to this place because we hadn't been here yet and my wife's birthday was today. As we pulled up in the parking lot and walked in the business it was dead and had one table. I thought this is going to be great because we will get our food pretty quick. I was wrong. We got in there at 730pm and we didn't get our food until over an hour later and by the time we left the business was going to close in 8 minutes. We didn't ask for anything complicated. The busboy was very quick and helpful—he got us seated right away and cleaned the table for us. Unfortunately, the service after that was extremely slow. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes without anyone coming over to greet us, offer drinks, or even bring water. During that time, we watched our server arguing with another table. Since no one acknowledged us or checked on us, we decided to leave.
So, I need to pass judgement on a prior 1 star review. If your having a bad day don't go out dinner and write a review that makes one look like an idiot! I have been to the Bozeman Outback several times and the service was always decent. The steak and baked potato's have always been awesome. And thanks again to the awesome staff that always try's to satisfy its patron's!
If you want eat at a place and pretend you are ghost. This is the perfect place for you, my favorite experience of this place, was waiting 20 minutes and have all servers look at me proceeded to ignore me and go in the back of the kitchen pretend my presence was nonexistent. I worked in the food and beverage for a very long time to understand what means when you are ignoring the customers that walking in.
