"I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. My waitress, Victoria, was absolutely amazing—truly a professional with a great personality. She was attentive and handled a mistake with my order perfectly. I had ordered a well-done filet mignon, which came out medium-well. When a food runner insisted it was well-done, Victoria stepped in and had it corrected immediately. First off the food was bomb.com and I had a issue with my drink, yes ya it was weak lol, but the Manager Kya who was professional, polite and very helpful suggested me something better and didn't charge me for the drink they messed up on.
Absolutely amazing, I went to dinner with my husband for our anniversary, the food was amazing but most of all was the staff, the manager Kya was so friendly and attentive to us making sure we had the best experience. It was so comforting to have a manager pay such close attention making sure our needs were met, and my anniversary was perfect. Thank you, Ms. Kya, for making our night so special.
Food was good, service was the best, felt I was over charged on my meal and won't be back.
The outback steakhouse on 21st and Post road in Indianapolis Indiana is straight trash it makes all the other Outbacks look very very bad this one ought to be moved off of the map from the management to the cleanup crew I give them a half of a star that's only cuz I'm a kind person
Terrible service. Waited an hour and a half after we were seated only to be told they had lost our order. Always short staffed. Long waits even though there are lots of open tables. Manager checked and only confirmed that “yep they lost your order”. Don’t go there!!!
An unexpected great experience on New Years Eve. All 5 of us were more than happy with our food. And our waitress Hailey was beyond awesome. Highly recommend this location.
Do not order delivery from outback queen’s harbor, Jacksonville Florida. I ordered delivery and disappointed does not cover the poor quality and cook. One side of the steak was so chard it was impossible to cut and the medium rare had no pink. They obviously send the restaurant rejects to delivery. Not a trusted delivery food service.
The 2 best waitresses I've ever encountered where at the Outback Steakhouse in Inverness. The 1st was approx 20 years ago. She was a college student. My next encounter was on 18 July 24. Nicole was everything a good waitress should be. You struck gold when you hired her. On a scale of 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) Nicole scored a 10 +.
