Nothing like the location on 72. The food is made differently, and not in a good way. Very bland. It took FOREVER to get a burger, fried shrimp, and sides, and the food WAS NOT HOT. The burger was flavorless, had a lot of gristle in the meat, and was not thoroughly cooked. The manager on duty did have the burger remade. She also promised to give new order of fries (as I had returned my entire plate), but I didn’t receive the fries. Absolutely terrible. My wife calls in a to go order at 6:40 this evening. I arrive at 7:08 for an order that consists of a French onion soup, sweet potato and two loaves of bread. That’s it. I go inside to let them know I’m there to pick up an order my wife placed. Someone comes out for the name. I gave them mine but it was under my wife’s name. After checking.
