Overall probably worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Server was okay, friendly, but pretty unorganized and slowed paced, we were not checked on at all. Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Tried asking for help from the manager but when I beckoned them they made eye contact with me then went on to pretend to not have seen. Not saying the restaurant necessarily sucks but the whole staff at this particular establishment were insufferable.
I always love the food at this outback. I did pickup this time and the food was even ready early. Tasted fantastic. Thanks to the staff
Man I don't leave bad reviews but this was a really terrible experience. Came for a date night. Ordered food and after 30 minutes learned mine had been given to another table, waited an additional 30 minutes and it came made incorrectly and HAD HAIR in it. Management gracefully decided to comp us for the food we didn't eat 😂. We just gave up and my wife finished her food before we left. Wait staff was fine. Unfortunate experience for what was a date night out. We won't be returning and can't recommend this location.
