Had a very mediocre and disappointing experience at this location. We have watched the food, service and quality decline at this location. Today was the worst I have seen it. Server absolutely did not want to be there and she made sure we knew it. She was abrupt and didn't offer us any customer service. Food was lukewarm like it had been sitting in the kitchen for awhile. Server didn't bring the cheesecake that was included with meal. Once she was paid i never seen her anymore. Had to ask another waiter for cheesecake. Then when she did bring the cheesecake, she more or less threw it on the table and hurried off.
It’s a surprise to me that this place is still in business. Service is slow, staff is sparse, food is poorly prepared (undercooked/overseasoned). As I’m writing this review, we are still waiting to pay for the meal. We are not only table still waiting to pay. I generally don’t write reviews, but this experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth. This could turn into a Chili’s tomorrow and the world would be better off for it.
We had a wonderful lunch following our daughter's graduation. We had the best server!
