Absolutely horrible experience. We brought my son in for his 3 year birthday. We ordered him the Joey steak med Rare. They brought out a rare rare rare steak. And the plate was so incredibly hot the lady serving it had to have hand protection. I saw the manager and asked if we could have a med rare steak. My son can't eat something that rare or won't. My family and I really enjoyed our experience at Outback. Originally, my steak came out a little too well done, but our server Josh handled the situation flawlessly and was so kind and attentive to detail. The second steak I received was perfect. Josh is such a compassionate young man who is quite personable and will go far in life! He deserves a raise!
