First, apparently I can't go by John Doe. I don't want to be contacted by the manager or any other individual or group. My $ 30.00 prime rib was not prime rib. What ever it was full of gristle. OB has pictures of the type of cooking on their menu. I asked for a medium. It didn't look like the picture. It was cooked rare. Rare, gristle meat isn't good no matter what type of steak or prime rib it is. I will not return to ANY OB Gristlehouse ever.
I ordered a NY strip to go and it was cooked perfectly! Center was nice and pink, Taste was absolutely amazing! I was very impressed. Now I know where to go for a good priced fat juicy steak that’s not overcooked. Haven’t been here in 18 years & now I’ll be a regular 🙂↕ 10/10
We ate at outback in middletown on Saturday night. As always the food and the service was fantastic. I had a steak while my wife had ribs. Their staff is always nice and helpful and you get a lot of food for your money. The restaurant is always super clean.
We arrived at 2:10 and didn't leave until 4:20. It's probably all you need to know. If you walk in and see a lot of tables open and there is a wait, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They were SO short staffed!! I felt so bad for our waitress, Cookie, who was covering so many tables. She was so sweet and attentive and provided us updates where she could. But honestly, the Restaurant Manager should have been communicating to patrons on the delays and issues. It gives me pause going back, but we may try one more time ... read more
