They made sure we walked away completely satisfied, even though we ordered the wrong cut for our taste.
Zephyr made our meal an excellent experience. He is an exceptional employee and young man! The food was top notch as well.
My wife and I had sirloin steak and it was the worst steak we have ever had at a restaurant. It was so tough the serated knife would barley cut through it. A hacksaw would have been better. We will never go to another Outback Steakhouse again!
