Everything was spot on.
Cocktail drink was weak and flavorless. Asparagus was untrimmed and undercooked crunchy. Salad consisted of mostly brown lettuce.
Should have noticed the sign of restaurant being empty at prime lunchtime on a Friday and in same parking lot of 2 hotels that it was going to be a bad experience. The slowest wait staff. However the manager had great people skills when addressing an issue with their kiosk.
My friends, family and I went to Outback last Saturday and let me just say, I did not enjoy my experience. I called to book a reservation for my birthday dinner in advance and I called again before arriving just to confirm. Upon arrival we had to wait at least 15 minutes to be sat. Almost everybody’s food at the table was unsatisfactory. One of my guest and I had to send our food back and leave because of how poorly our food looked and tasted. The only plus was that we enjoyed our server. I would not recommend this location.
The first time me and my wife went, we left due to the customer service. Today we got a chance to try the food along wit our kids. The customer service was kind of slow even though the place was basically empty. The food was ok once I added my own seasoning and cheese and etc 🤷🏿♂️
