I'll be honest, I go for the loaded cheese fries, extra side of the southwestern ranch, and a nice cold Bloomin Blonde. It's a guilty pleasure of mine that reminds me of my childhood, when my dad would do the same thing while the rest of us were eating steak.

I came to Outback expecting to be able to dine up until their posted closing time, but the doors were locked before the restaurant actually closed. This was frustrating and disappointing as a customer. If a business posts certain hours, guests should be able to rely on them. Locking up early makes people feel unwelcome and does not reflect well on customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures the restaurant stays open for the full hours listed.

My husband and I decided to go to dinner somewhere different than our usual places. We agreed on Outback. The service was average. Nice kid as our server. The food was less than average. I ordered Alfredo pasta, grilled shrimp and steak. The shrimp was the best part. Steak was dry and hard to cut. My husband an had 8 oz sirloin. Medium rare. Shoe leather.
