The entire staff are outback steakhouse in Somerville is nothing but perfection absolutely amazing people they have gone above and beyond to take care of us during our dinner providing us exceptional service joy, laughter our server was absolutely amazing and fun to be around if I could rate this place it would be 10 stars. Can’t wait to travel back here from Cape Cod. Looking forward to many more dinners here thank you again to the outback steakhouse crew.
They sat us down, and then… nothing. I tried to engage with one of the waiters. I clearly said, “Hi, how are you doing?” He looked directly at me and just kept walking without acknowledging me. When he came back around, he actually made it a point to take a different route, as if he was purposely trying to avoid us. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Needless to say, I came in hungry and I left hungry. The best part on the way out, the hostess looked confused as to why we were leaving.
Food was alright. I got a rack of ribs and they were pretty good. Burger looked decent and my daughter got chicken fingers that were ok.
The food was good. The staff was helpful and friendly
