It’s truly heartbreaking to see Outback’s quality steadily decline. I loved Outback for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This time, we were told that nearly half of the items we ordered were unavailable. When the food finally arrived, both the quality and presentation fell far below what Outback used to deliver.
