Did my first online order. It was easy and all of my special requests were honored, the food was take out and it was amazing
Well all I can say was as long as me and my husband waited for our steaks they were good! Our waitress never got her name was horrible barely checked on us and was rude same as the manager on duty he talked to guests around the other tables never spoke to us oh yeah I believe they are still stuck in the 60’s with not thinking a black couple could afford steak dinners lol 😂 and the end when the waitress came back I guess she thought we didn’t know how to pay at table which we paid 30 minutes before we were ready to leave but... read more
Absolutely the worst! Tried to order on the phone bc the App doesn’t allow to order without seasoning. Called at 9PM and sat on hold 16 minutes, called back sat on hold for 5 minutes, called back again sat on hold for 3 minutes, called back again asked for a manager, hung up after holding for 5 minutes. Stopped in a year ago and had the worst over cooked filet delivered by a manager. Called Texas Steakhouse across the street, great experience!
Food was good as expected for Outback but the service was better than we’ve had anywhere in quite a while! Micheal was our server and he did an awesome job!
