I am SO frustrated with Outback right now. I have been ordering a ribeye steak with 2 sides from the Clifton VA location every Sunday for the last few years. All of a sudden, out of the blue, they closed. I now have to go an extra half hour round trip over to the Burke VA location. I am no longer able to log into my account in order to access my recent and/or favorite orders, order online, pay online and receive my $5 rewards every other order. Rib eye was full of veins and fat, showed it to manager, he agreed and gave %50 off which very nice off him. Everything was great other than that.
Our Server Clarkie was very hospitable and gave great suggestions. The experience was very pleasant.
Service could have been better
Wonderful food with a very attentive wait staff.
