We pulled up for takeout after ordering online, but unfortunately they were out of wings. The staff refunded the order to my card right away, and we reordered a grilled chicken salad and the Toowoomba Salmon. Our new order came to $51, but my side was missing from the salmon meal. Since that’s around a $30 entrée, I was disappointed that the order wasn’t complete. One star. This was, without question, one of the worst Outback Steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so the restaurant was hot and uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. The dining room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The worst part was the men’s restroom, where there was feces smeared on the wall.
