August 3 manager calls my mom a liar when I heard her say kingsland pasta on the phone, My Mother orders kings land pasta Togo and the waitress wrote it up as steak pasta so I called to get the shrimp and the manager who sounded like an older lady who smokes did everything in her power to not let me get the shrimp, I think they were out of shrimp and tried to get away with it without having to tell anyone, I mean she defended not letting me get the shrimp as best she could and called my mother a liar, just lazy and disrespec... read more
Maybe we went at a bad time? The waitress was busy cleaning up, getting ready to go home, so it took a long time to take our order, and she didn't come while we were eating, so we couldn't order anything else. At the end, we wanted to ask for the bill, but it never showed up at the table, and it took so long. It was even more difficult because we were with a 2-year-old child. Even if the system can do everything on a tablet, it's not good to take so long when customers need it. The restaurant was empty.
