When we first walked into Outback for Father’s Day, we felt a bit ignored. We waited about five minutes without being acknowledged, and a group of three who walked in right behind us was seated immediately. Once we were seated, our food came out quickly and everything looked great — but a few things were missing. I didn’t receive my lobster, my steak was overcooked, and my partner’s shrimp was missing.
