My wife and I just ate at the Outback near Charlotte Premium Outlets for her birthday. The service was very slow, we never got bread, and my prime rib was half fat and way undercooked. Also it took about an hour for our appetizer to come out. As much as we like the convenience of the location we will not be coming back.
Never coming to this outback again. We always have a problem when we come to this outback. We were waiting on our dessert for 30 minutes. The server never came back to our table. Food is mediocre at best compared to other outbacks. Go anywhere else!
Incredible staff with a fine eye for customer issues and an expedient team focused on making sure every experience is a great one! Michelin star restaurants should take a note out of this managers book! They even made sure we were able to watch our team play football. Top notch, thank you.
Basically Brianna in take out is basically saving that restaurant single handedly.
What started off on a bad note was quickly and proactively fixed by Raven. Both my husband and I ordered steak dinners. Mine came out really dry so they offered to make a new one. My husband’s steak was out but his mashed potatoes had still not come out yet. Mind you we had already waited for over 30 minutes for the food.
