Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this steakhouse. We were informed that many menu items including steaks were unavailable. After finishing our salads, our plates remained on the table and were not cleared, even though our server saw that we were done. Our main course was brought by someone from the kitchen, while our waitress neither delivered our food nor removed the dirty dishes. You’ve made some mistakes. LITTLE ONES- like not having enough stock/prep to serve a number of major menu items tonight, or BIG ONES - removing the pork chop altogether from the menu… I’m not even gonna ask. HUGE ONES - Allowing a four-year veteran that represents your concept very well to go down the road to a competitor- like I did tonight.
