I’ve never written a negative review about Outback before because I’ve always had pleasant experiences, but this time was disappointing. My order was missing the salad, the bread was cold and came without butter, and none of the condiments for my baked potato were included. On top of that, the curbside pickup spots were taken by other cars, so I had to call and wait for my order to be brought out. ATTENTION!!!!! This is truly the worst Outback I have ever came too if I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD. I came with my family to celebrate my grandma’s birthday and had high hopes for this place but it failed me the place was a mess trash on the floor and when we were seated no one got plates nor silverware and we had no server the first 30 minutes I should’ve taken this as my first sign to LEAVE as we were sitting waiting to get anything we overheard a manager degrading her staff in the back ! when our server finally came... read more
