Steak was cooked how I requested it, medium rare and it was heavily seasoned. No sauce required. The salads were good and the desserts were good. I will say the French onion soup was not my favorite. It smelled and looked good it just lacked the rich broth flavor.
We were ignored while waiting to be seated for seberal minutesbdedpites heing seen by staff and the place bring nearly empty.
I had a pickup order that could have been better seeing as I have had amazing food from this location in the past. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of anything but I did do a survey after my order and Albert made sure to follow up with me and make sure I knew my feedback was taken into consideration! This really meant a lot to me and displays excellent customer service for this restaurant! I will return and I am grateful for the follow up.
10/10 I always order takeout from this location, On my way home. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. Today, Catherine serviced me and was WONDERFUL! My order is always fresh and correct when i order from this location
