I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I was made to wait outside for45 minutes without acknowledgement. I then had to call the store just to receive my order. As a former employee, I know that an order of wings does not take that long. If there is any personal issue involving staff, I expect management to contact me directly. Went out with a gang of girlfriends for dinner last night. Great food and our server was wonderful. ❤️ I wish I could remember her name.
Good was great. Only issue was a person in my group had to keep asking for A1 sauce about 4 times before he got it, but other than that food was good. The A1 sauce issue was likely due to just being busy, but seems like an easy quick task so I had to remove 1 star for service.
