Ordered a rare ribeye they gave me medium sent it back and they gave me not a ribeye rare and the manager acted like I had done something wrong
My son and I have never been to Outback Steakhouse. Sad to say, we will not be coming back here again! I told the waitress that this was our first time. The waitress was not interested in us at all, she did not want to be there or serve us, she did not care. She slammed a water pitcher down next to my head, she was short and abrupt with us! Took over 45 mins to get our food and they weren’t busy. Ordered chicken on my salad and never got it. My son’s food arrived cold. Terrible service and will not be returning!
We were from out of town on a trip and decided to go to Outback just because at home it is a decent place to eat, not 5 stars just a nice place to grab some food. They greeted us nicely, sat us immediately, our waitress was very nice, kept our drinks full and checked on us several times. Thank you for a nice dinner and great service. Devastator Products.
